Keep or Toss

Over the last few months I’ve lost a lot of weight and I’m at that point where my clothes don’t fit anymore, which is a great thing. My problem now is, do I keep the clothes that I can’t fit “just in case” I gain all of my weight back, or do I toss them and trust myself.

With my track record, I’m not too keen on tossing them because what if I go back to where I was, I won’t have anything that fits me. I’ll admit that I have been more driven this time than any other time that I’ve started on this endeavor, but there is always that nagging doubt that creeps in and tries to destroy all that I’ve been able to accomplish. Do I keep the clothes and hold on to my past, or do I throw them away and never look back.
