Day one has been pretty good overall. I haven’t been very hungry, and I was able to get through the day without my standard large cup of coffee with cream and splenda.
This morning I wanted to verify my numbers, at least my weight, so I hopped on the scale again just to double check. I weighed 184.4 pounds (ugh). My goal for this challenge is to lose 10 pounds and 5 inches overall. Through clean eating and exercise I should be able to accomplish this.
