The gain was a bit of a fluke and this morning I weighed 176.2, which I can live with.
I’m always looking for ways to get more water in, since drinking plain water gets really old, really fast. Last night I put some frozen blueberries in my water and it was good. In my search for infused water flavors I decided to try apple cinnamon water. First off, it tastes good, but that’s all I can give it. Not long after sipping I noticed my stomach getting pretty quesy. In order to spare you the details I’ll just say that I want to lose weight, but not in this form. I’m heading into my kitchen to pour the rest down the drain. This one is not for me.
