Hi folks
Time continues to march on. One day at a time. Today I still felt good about my progress, but just had a difficult day overall. I’m struggling to get all of my meals in because I’m not hungry. Appetite control is great but I have to make sure that I’m getting enough calories in to sustain my body. Yesterday I forgot to eat my lunch and was about to go to my workout before I remembered that I needed to put some food in my body before I left.
Overall everything is still good, I just have to be mindful about making sure that I eat. Maybe I need to set an alarm or something. I’ll try that tomorrow.
